Will the FlexBenefits Budget be prorated according to my level of part-time work?

No, all eligible employees receive an allowance of EUR 30.

What happens to my entitlement during periods without pay?

As a rule, the FlexBenefits Budget is not paid during this time, except for a certain period in the event of illness. The exact regulations can be found under the individual benefits.

Can I switch between benefits within the FlexBenefits Budget?

A change is possible twice in the application year. One exception is the job bike, for which you are tied to the benefit for 36 months.

Can I also use the FlexBenefits Budget for other benefits?

The FlexBenefits Budget cannot be used for other benefits, e.g. as a contribution to the long-term account or for the company pension scheme, but only for the benefits listed here.

Can I finance the benefits from the FlexBenefits myself without using the FlexBenefits Budget?

No, private financing is generally not possible. You can only finance the PlusCard from your net salary and independently of the FlexBenefits Budget.

Can the FlexBenefits Budget be split between different benefits?

No, it is only possible to choose one benefit.

What happens if I join/leave during the month?

In this case, the full amount is paid out in the corresponding month.

What happens if I change to another company within Fresenius?

If you move to another participating company, you do not need to submit a new application. However, if the other company does not participate in the FlexBenefits offer, your entitlement ends.

Can the FlexBenefits Budget also be paid out?

A payout, partial payout and residual payout of the FlexBenefits Budget is not possible.
