Psychosocial counseling for you and your family members

You have problems in your private life, experience health issues and need support? Use your Employee Assistance Program EAP+ as a first point of contact to get the help you need. The offer will be available to all employees starting May 2025! Most importantly, all information will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with the employer by EAP+.

Executive Consulting

Who?

Executive consulting involves supporting employees in leadership positions. The consultation aims to reflect on one’s own leadership role, one’s own leadership behavior, and how to deal well with employees.

When?

Executive consulting will take place Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please specify your leadership status at your first call, and you will receive advice tailored to you.

How it works

Initiate the first contact

For the first contact with us, you call the hotline 0800 614 9000.

Schedule an appointment

If you have arranged an appointment, you will receive a TAN code by phone for access to your individual consultation room on the video platform Patientus with the corresponding URL. The consultation appointments take up to 60 minutes. Additional appointments can be arranged if necessary.

Reach at any time

The hotline is available 24 hours a day. You can reach a qualified contact person immediately between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., so that an appointment or a brief consultation can also be arranged over the phone, depending on your concerns. Outside of service hours, you can schedule a detailed consultation on a timely basis 24 hours a day.
