With the Fresenius FlexBenefits Budget, you choose the exact benefit that suits you and your needs. You can choose between benefits in the areas of health, mobility, and family. Fresenius will pay you up to EUR 30 per month in addition to your salary (full-time and part-time employees). This is the FlexBenefits Budget.

Eligible employees
In principle, all employees of the participating companies are eligible from the start of their employment relationship. Excluded are temporary staff, interns, graduates, working students, marginally employed or seconded employees whose employment is on hold.
The FlexBenefits Budget is not available during parental leave, leave of absence from the long-term account or the passive phase of partial retirement. There are separate regulations for individual benefits.

Make your choice
Choose the benefit that best suits you and your life situation. You can change the benefit twice per application year. Don't miss out: if you don’t choose a benefit, you won’t receive a contribution from Fresenius.

To select or change a benefit please use the corresponding application form, which you can find under the individual benefits and under Downloads.
Options
Health
Health has many facets. With the FlexBenefits Budget, you can actively invest in your health. Options include the Oura Ring, the Egym Wellpass and the PlusCard.
Family
You have children? Then, you can also choose the additional childcare allowance. Fresenius uses this to support childcare for your little ones in day care centers, kindergartens or with childminders (“Tageseltern”).
Mobility
Are you looking for an alternative to the car – whether on vacation, in your free time or to get to work? Then use your FlexBenefits Budget to subsidize the Deutschlandticket or the tax-privileged job bike.
Tax and social security
Depending on the benefit, different regulations may apply to the payment of taxes and social security. You can find more information on the pages of the respective benefits.
